The discussion forums are set up in such a way where only administrators can create threads in the sections which serve content to the website. Those sections are displayed on the forum index. To make sure that only approved content is added to the website, members can only create posts in the general discussion and news forums. However, if members post professional, constructive and informative articles in the the general discussion and news area - those articles will be moved to the forum index, where the content will be displayed on the actual website pages. If your article chosen to be displayed on the website, you will automatically receive VIP membership. This process serves as an incentive for members to make well constructed posts.
